Agreement

By creating an account or using RacrHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Service description

RacrHub provides tools for racing drivers to build public profile websites, manage sponsors and schedules, collect inquiries, and optionally subscribe to paid features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use RacrHub.
• Usernames must not infringe others' rights or impersonate another person.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing content on RacrHub, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or misleading content, or use RacrHub for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

Public profiles and visitor submissions

Driver profiles may be publicly accessible. Visitors who submit contact forms or newsletter signups consent to having their information delivered to the profile owner and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• Feature limits and pricing are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by applicable law.
• Downgrading or canceling may remove access to paid features, including custom domains.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse RacrHub, attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with platform security, scrape the service without permission, or use RacrHub in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer

RacrHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, or sponsor relationships.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RacrHub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using RacrHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RacrHub is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
