RacrHub ("we," "us," or "our") operates a platform that helps racing drivers create public profile websites, manage sponsors, and connect with fans and partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, username, and password when you sign up.
• Profile content: bio, photos, race schedule, sponsors, merch links, press materials, and other information you choose to publish.
• Visitor submissions: contact inquiries and newsletter signups submitted through public driver profiles, including name, email, and message content.
• Usage data: profile views, page interactions, IP addresses (anonymized where possible), browser type, and referral sources.
• Payment information: billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the RacrHub platform.
• Display public driver profiles and deliver contact or newsletter messages.
• Process subscriptions and send account-related communications.
• Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and protect platform security.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate RacrHub (such as Supabase for hosting and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for application hosting), when required by law, or with your consent.

Information you publish on a public driver profile is visible to anyone who visits that profile.

Data retention

We retain account and profile data while your account is active. Contact inquiries and analytics are retained according to your subscription tier. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. If enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

RacrHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
